We are an intentionally small, profitable, and remote-first company with a global customer base that ranges from individual students to major financial institutions and cancer researchers. Our mission is to make complex data straightforward and accessible.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our team. With over 100,000 signups to date, we have an incredible opportunity to engage with our existing user base and new signups. Your primary goal will be to design and execute a comprehensive email strategy that helps users get the most out of our API and other products, ultimately converting them into loyal, paying customers and advocates.

This is a remote position open to candidates located in timezones from UTC-5 to UTC+2 , allowing for effective collaboration with our team across the US and Europe.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities (75% Email Marketing) :

• Strategize and Implement Campaigns : Take ownership of our entire email marketing program, from concept to execution. This includes developing and flowcharting complex email series, writing compelling copy, and managing the technical setup.
• Platform Management : Lead the transition to a new, more robust email marketing platform (we have one in mind).
• Performance Optimization : Monitor and optimize email campaigns to improve key metrics like user activation, retention, and re-activation.
• Transactional Email : Lead the optimization of transactional emails to ensure they are as effective and delightful as our product.
• Content Creation : Write and send monthly product newsletters to keep our audience informed about new features and updates.

Additional Marketing Responsibilities (25%) :

Who We’re Looking For

You are a self-starter with a strong background in B2B SaaS email marketing . You are comfortable writing about technical concepts, such as APIs, and can do so in a way that is clear and engaging for a diverse audience. You are driven by data and possess the strategic mindset to build and optimize marketing funnels independently.
