Growth Marketing Manager
to own our lead generation efforts and drive significant, measurable growth. If you’re a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to marketing, we want you to help us scale one of the leading brands in the WordPress space. Job Description
As our Growth Marketing Manager, your primary mission is to increase our monthly volume of
Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
and boost pipeline value. You’ll move beyond conventional marketing tactics, bringing a fresh, results-driven perspective to the table. We’re not looking for someone who just manages channels; we need a leader who can leverage every tool in their arsenal—from paid ads and SEO to content and partnerships—to find the fastest path to qualified demand. You’ll work directly with our Sales, Account Management, and Leadership teams to define our ideal customer profile (ICP) and lead qualifications. Your job is to then test, measure, and scale what works to turn our high client satisfaction into category-defining growth. What You’ll Do
Drive the Numbers :
Take full ownership of our SQL targets. Define clear criteria with the sales team, set monthly goals, and provide transparent reports on your progress using real numbers, not just percentages. Innovate and Experiment :
Ideate, prioritize, and execute rapid, cross-channel tests. This includes paid acquisition, SEO / content, partnerships, email, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Master Paid Acquisition :
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on
Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and Microsoft Advertising
with a sharp focus on cost-per-SQL and return on ad spend (ROAS). Optimize Conversion :
Ship and iterate on landing pages using WordPress and Gravity Forms. Run on-site experiments to improve conversion rates from visitors to qualified leads. Fuel Demand with Content :
Conduct technical SEO audits and create strategic content that addresses our ICP’s pain points. Success is measured by the number of SQLs generated, not just search rankings. Build Nurture Campaigns :
Develop effective email and lead nurturing sequences that guide prospects from initial contact to a qualified sales conversation. Analyze and Attribute :
Maintain meticulous tracking using tools like
GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel . Build dashboards that provide a clear understanding of what’s driving revenue and SQLs. Manage Budget :
Create financial models, set cost targets, and strategically reallocate budget to the most successful campaigns and channels. Document Success :
Share your wins and losses with the team, documenting processes and insights to create a shared playbook for growth. Success Indicators
Consistent month-over-month growth in qualified, sales-accepted SQLs. Improved pipeline value and efficiency metrics (cost-per-SQL, CAC payback period). High velocity of meaningful marketing experiments. Improved conversion rates across the entire marketing funnel. Clear, actionable, and timely reporting that guides strategic decisions.
