Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Email Marketing Specialist who is proficient in GoHighLevel and can design visually compelling email graphics to plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end email execution : from strategy and copy to design and automation.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, build, and send email marketing campaigns and automations using GoHighLevel (GHL).

Create standard graphics and layouts for email promotions & newsletters.

Design emails that are both mobile-responsive and visually engaging.

Develop automation workflows (lead nurture, win-back, onboarding, etc.) in GHL.

Segment lists for targeted email campaigns.

Write effective, conversion-focused copy when needed.

Analyze email performance (open / click / conversion rates) and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Collaborate with the Client Success Team to support ongoing promotions and brand messaging for our Clients.

Stay up to date on email marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates.

Requirements :

Strong experience with GoHighLevel - campaign management, automations, and email templates.

Graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

A strong eye for layout, branding, and visual hierarchy.

Understanding of email best practices (deliverability, segmentation, CTAs).

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Self-motivated and organized- able to work independently in a remote environment.

A / B testing experience.

Experience with SMS marketing inside GHL. ( Bonus )
