Job Title :

Support & Sales Lead (IT Services – Upwork, Fiverr, & LinkedIn Sales) We are a rapidly growing IT solutions and services company delivering a wide range of digital offerings, including web development, mobile applications, custom software solutions, digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), digital marketing, virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and gaming solutions. We are looking for a skilled Sales Negotiator and Deal Closer who has a proven track record of successfully closing high-value IT service and solution deals. Requirements

3–8 years of proven experience as a Sales Closer / Negotiator in IT solutions and services (Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, direct sales). Strong track record of closing IT projects and achieving revenue targets. Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken), with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. In-depth understanding of web, mobile app, SaaS, AI / ML, VR / AR, gaming, and software development services. Ability to build rapport quickly and convert leads into long-term clients. Self-driven, performance-oriented, and target-focused. Job Responsibilities

Take ownership of qualified leads from Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn. Conduct client meetings and discovery calls to understand project requirements. Identify potential prospects, convert them into sales, and maintain long-term client relationships. Negotiate proposals, pricing, and terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Handle objections professionally and build trust-based client relationships. Collaborate with the Business Development, Marketing, and Technical teams to finalize accurate project scopes and ensure smooth execution. Consistently close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare regular reports, maintain all sales records, and update documentation in a timely manner. Maintain proper documentation of leads, pipelines, and closed projects. Selection Process

Round 1 :

Initial Screening & Interview — Short discussion to evaluate background, communication, negotiation skills, and overall closing experience. Round 2 :

Written Task (On-Site) — Candidate will complete a written task (proposal or client communication draft). Time Allotted : 1 hour 15 minutes. Restriction : No mobile, laptop, or smart watch is allowed during this task. Round 3 :

Final Interview — Conducted by Senior / High Authority Management. In-depth review of performance, strategy discussion, and final evaluation for selection. Salary Package & Benefits

PKR 180,000 – 300,000 per month (depending on experience & proven performance). Flexible working hours (Between 1PM TO 1AM) Pakistan time Performance-based growth opportunities. Collaborative and supportive work culture. Job Specification
