Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Karachi for a Senior Product Manager. The Senior Product Manager is responsible for developing and executing product strategies, leading product lifecycle management, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to achieve business objectives. They will also analyze market trends, participate in promotional campaigns, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals. This role includes a strategic focus on product portfolio development and identifying growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Product Management expertise in the Insulin Market, including experience in product development and lifecycle management
• Strategic thinking, market analysis, and business planning skills
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
• Proficiency in using tools for data analysis and project management
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a significant advantage
• Doctor of Pharmacy, preferably with MBA in Marketing
