Senior Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives and identify how product solutions can drive business value.
• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with client goals.
• Advise clients on best practices in product strategy, making recommendations that support both immediate needs and long-term growth.
• Define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and set milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and project plans to executive development of project roadmap.
• Manage and prioritize backlogs, ensuring clear and actionable tasks for the development team.
• Oversee the product development for the client, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Facilitate regular project updates, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, keeping all stakeholders aligned and informed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, engineering team, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, refine project goals based on evolving requirements and manage expectations.
• Conduct on-going risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure technical decisions alignment with product and project goals.
• Lead project teams with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and delivery excellence.
