We want someone to run the entire sales function within a small but growing agency. The right candidate should have excellent sales skills and experience working with an interesting lead and converting them to a closed deal. This person will also be making outbound sales and prospecting for new business. You should have experience working in sales positions with agencies. The right candidate is responsible, caring, pragmatic, and communicative. We consider these qualities necessary for success in the role. The right candidate has a “happy to help“ attitude and believes we work better together than alone, and can work in a cross-disciplinary team even if you do not physically meet. The right candidate is confident enough to admit mistakes and lack of skills and sees this as an opportunity to learn and improve yourself. What you’ll be doing
Generate lists of prospects using tools such as Zoominfo, Hunter.io, and Apollo.io based on set criteria (titles, locations, companies, or industry) Conduct cold outbound outreach to these businesses, pitch services, and convert cold leads into warm contacts Support the preparation of sales decks, emails, and scripts for target clients Engage in other projects related to business development as the company grows Directly responsible for the expansion of the company’s sales and customer base Take calls with interested leads, introduce them to the company and its services, and move them forward in the sales process Who we are looking for
3+ years of proven experience in generating sales for agency-based clients Highly organized and detail-oriented, but able to move beyond the details Extremely flexible and adaptable Strong multitasking, follow-through, and reliability Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills Notices errors, glitches, and potential gaps Experience using Social Media Scheduling Tools, Canva, Ahrefs, and similar tools is a plus Position details
Remote Status : Fully Remote Preferred Location : Pakistan & Philippines Working Hours : 8 am to 5 pm EST Holidays : 20 PTO days per year (can be used for US or local holidays, etc., accumulating over the year) Salary : PKR 180,000 to PKR 250,000 per month Internal Job ID : 0064 Seniority level
