Inbox Business Technologies is looking for an experienced and dynamic

Manager Solutions Sales

to lead our sales efforts in both local markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and establishing a strong global presence. This role involves managing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies. The Manager of Solutions Sales will oversee the entire sales cycle, conduct market competitive analysis, and leverage deep market knowledge to position our cutting-edge IT solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development and Execution : Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in both domestic and international markets. Identify new business opportunities and create actionable plans to capitalize on them. Conduct market competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and position our solutions effectively.

Customer Relationship Management : Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and business growth. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base to maximize revenue. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Sales Cycle Management : Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales strategies with market demands and customer needs.

Market Knowledge and Domain Expertise : Leverage in-depth knowledge of the IT industry and our specific domains to provide tailored solutions to clients. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Utilize prior experience in the banking sector to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities, particularly in delivering IT solutions to financial institutions.

Team Leadership and Development : Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performance sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales team.

Strategic Partnerships and Business Growth : Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry leaders. Drive business growth by exploring new markets, diversifying revenue streams, and establishing a global footprint.
