VOIP - IT Manager

BSTec Limited is looking to expand its client base throughout the UK and abroad. We seek the right individual who will contribute to the growth and benefit from it in the long run. Responsibilities

Maintain and develop in-house IT infrastructure. Provide remote IT support to clients of IBSTec. Carry out routine health checks and intrusion detection. Train staff. Assist in procurement of software and hardware for IBSTec and its clients. Be proactive and add value to IBSTec. Any other ad hoc duties as required by the company. Job Specification

Expertise in Networking. Expertise in VOIP, Asterisk, and Elastix. Expertise in MCSE (plus expertise in CCNA would be an advantage). Excellent communication skills in English. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Excellent knowledge of Elastix and Microsoft Server platforms including Microsoft Windows Server 2003, 2008 (All editions), Exchange Servers. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision. Ability to work under pressure. Able to handle multiple tasks at any one time. Keep up to date in subject area and actively participate in staff development. Seek to work effectively, efficiently, and flexibly. Reliability.
