Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships, success, and renewals.
- Understand client needs and provide timely, effective support.
- Use Salesforce for account tracking and issue resolution.
- Guide customers on product usage, best practices, and adoption.
- Identify growth and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
