We are seeking a Proactive Admin Assistant who can efficiently manage both indoor and outdoor administrative tasks to support smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle day-to-day office administration and documentation.
Manage groceries purchase, stock, and ensure timely availability of daily grocery, Kitchen & office supplies, procurement, and facility requirements.
Assist in organizing meetings, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
Ensure smooth communication between departments and external stakeholders.
Requirements :
Bachelors degree or related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to manage both fieldwork and office-based responsibilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in admin / operations will be a plus.
Location : PECHS, Block 6, Near Hotel Faran
Working Hours & Days : 9am - 6pm , Monday - Saturday.
