Job description

Applicant must have good experience in maintaining utility equipment.

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the client.

Deliver and demonstrate a solid understanding and application of the contract.

Maintain regular communication and engagement with the client.

Ensure all reporting requirements are met.

Actively participate in facility planning and projects as required.

Develop and monitor policies and procedures, encouraging operational excellence.

Demonstrate understanding and application of current legislation, environmental, and quality issues.

Handle people-related responsibilities such as recruitment, discipline, performance management, and development.

Be responsible for the profit and loss performance of the account by maintaining appropriate data.

Ensure that employees, contractors, and visitors adhere to security, safety, and environmental policies.

Liaise with vendors and contractors to keep the facility in top condition.

Salary will be offered to candidates who fully meet our requirements.
