Provide comprehensive product knowledge and expert guidance to customers, addressing inquiries, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Conduct regular sales presentations, showcasing the quality and benefits of our Auto Parts to potential clients. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, and close deals to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth. Continuously stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify potential business opportunities and recommend strategic actions. Availability During Texas Business Hours : The candidate must be available to work during Texas business hours (9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM, Texas time) to provide prompt sales support and collaborate effectively with customers in Texas. This requirement ensures seamless communication and enhances customer satisfaction. Requirements : Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written in English, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues. Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a demonstrated track record of closing sales successfully. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities. Proficient in utilizing sales tools and CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions, leads, and sales pipelines. Ability to work independently and remotely, maintaining a high level of productivity and accountability. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, priorities, and market conditions.
