About the Role We’re seeking an experienced SDR to support outbound revenue generation for a scaling B2B company. You’ll work directly with the client team, owning complete outbound campaigns targeting decision‑makers and managing everything from prospect research through qualified handoffs to senior closers.
Success Metrics
15+ qualified appointments per month with prospects who have genuine buying authority and budget.
Management and Development You’ll be part of an integrated sales team with direct access to senior leadership and clear progression opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications
Excellent spoken and written English.
2+ years experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles.
Proven success making cold calls and booking sales appointments.
Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders.
Strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills.
Requirements
Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment.
Good quality microphone or headset.
