About The Role We are seeking an experienced BDR to support outbound revenue generation for a scaling B2B company. You will work directly with the client team, owning complete outbound campaigns targeting decision-makers and managing everything from prospect research through qualified handoffs to senior closers. The company provides comprehensive lead intelligence, premium outreach tools, and clear revenue targets. This role suits people who have consistently hit targets in complex B2B environments and want to join a company serious about scaling revenue. Responsibilities

Own complete outbound campaigns targeting decision-makers; manage prospect research through qualified handoffs to senior closers. Leverage provided lead intelligence and outreach tools to meet revenue targets. Collaborate with the client sales team and senior leadership; contribute to a high-velocity outbound environment. Aim for 15+ qualified appointments per month with prospects who have genuine buying authority and budget. Qualifications

Excellent spoken and written English 2+ years experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles Proven success making cold calls and booking sales appointments Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders Strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills Fast and reliable internet connection; own laptop / desktop suitable for the role; quiet working environment; good quality microphone or headset Benefits
