At least 4 years of experience in documentation, report writing, communications, and implementing educational, media, or research projects.
Job Responsibilities
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain an organized digital and physical repository of all project-related documents, including reports, case studies, minutes of meetings, field visit notes, and media assets. Coordinate with relevant project staff (field teams, M&E, program officers) to collect inputs for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Compile, edit, and format regular narrative reports, success stories, and updates, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with donor templates and requirements. Track progress on deliverables and flag gaps or delays in required documentation.
Communications
Develop content for digital platforms (social media posts, short write-ups, visuals) to showcase project activities, milestones, and impact stories. Ensure all communication outputs follow the donor’s branding and visibility guidelines. Support the creation of communication collateral including brochures, newsletters, digital and social media articles, videos, and presentations.
Coordination & Support
Work closely with the central and field teams to ensure timely submission of documentation from all project sites. Support planning and documentation of events, workshops, and field visits. Participate in project review meetings and support follow-up on communication-related tasks. Comply with the deadline and quality of any other assignment given by the supervisor.
