The HubSpot CRM Administrator will be responsible for the daily configuration, support, and maintenance of the system, ensuring it runs smoothly and aligns with business objectives. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main administrator for HubSpot CRM and its associated hubs, including Marketing, Sales, and Service.
Configure CRM properties, pipelines, workflows, lead scoring models, and automation sequences to streamline and optimize business processes.
Manage user roles, permissions, and team structures within HubSpot to maintain security and appropriate access levels.
Ensure data integrity by keeping CRM records accurate, complete, and free of duplicates.
Design and refine automation workflows to support lead routing, follow‑ups, and lifecycle stage management.
Develop and maintain custom dashboards and reports that provide leadership with actionable insights.
Integrate HubSpot with external platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Slack, and Google Workspace to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to enhance CRM usage and refine business processes.
Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users to maximize adoption and effectiveness.
Stay updated with the latest HubSpot features, releases, and best practices to continuously improve platform performance.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a HubSpot CRM Administrator or in a similar CRM management role.
Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM features across Marketing, Sales, and Service hubs.
Hands‑on experience configuring properties, pipelines, workflows, and automation sequences.
Ability to manage user roles, permissions, and maintain high data quality within the CRM.
Experience integrating HubSpot with third‑party platforms and tools.
Excellent communication skills for providing effective training and support to diverse teams.
Strong analytical skills to build meaningful reports and dashboards that support decision‑making.
Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
