The Position : We are looking for a highly capable Microsoft Dynamics CRM administrator to enable our Sales, Marketing and Customer Service teams by supporting and improving our Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related applications. You will be the natural link between the system and the end-user, provide service focus, communicate incidents, and drive to a root cause fix. You will work to improve the platform, drive usage, and provide actionable business insights, aligning the system with people and business outcomes. Job Responsibilities

Liaise with the Sales team regarding customer queries and provide data to enable offerings to existing customers. Assist Technical Support with customer contract information as requested. Understand the commercial operation, challenges, and objectives of each team; improve their operation through CRM administration and consultation. Analyze data to provide insights into team operation, effectiveness, and productivity. Manage Microsoft Dynamics roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups. Import sales department leads, contacts, and other data. Build custom reports and dashboards as needed by the sales teams. Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing. Provide technical support to address development challenges and implement bug fixes. Evaluate and install new Microsoft Dynamics releases, and provide training and support. Work closely with other team members to capture business requirements and implement CRM solutions; create, manage, and optimize complex workflow rules, data validation, and approval processes. Design, develop, test, and deploy custom-tailored solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform with a focus on the CRM system. Benefits
