Position Overview

As a Sales Executive at IJ Technologies, you will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will be responsible for making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls : Engage potential clients over the phone to introduce our products and services.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities : Generate leads, build and maintain client relationships.
• Meet sales targets : Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals and contribute to team objectives.
• Provide excellent customer service : Address customer inquiries, provide product information and resolve any issues.
• Maintain records : Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members : Work closely with colleagues to develop effective sales strategies and share best practices.
• Stay updated : Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
