Job Description Translation Empire PK is seeking a committed and proactive
Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Officer
to support the planning, coordination, and execution of CPD initiatives across the organization. This role is essential in ensuring that employees continue to meet professional standards and receive the development opportunities necessary for career growth.
The CPD Officer will play a hands-on role in maintaining training records, assisting with development plans, and collaborating with stakeholders to promote continuous learning across departments.
Key Responsibilities :
Support the implementation and administration of CPD programs in alignment with organizational goals.
Maintain accurate records of CPD participation and certifications.
Assist in preparing CPD materials, event coordination, and communication with employees.
Help monitor individual development plans and ensure compliance with professional standards.
Gather and analyze feedback from CPD sessions to evaluate program effectiveness.
Coordinate logistics for internal and external CPD activities, including seminars and workshops.
Keep abreast of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to professional development.
Qualification and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in training, professional development, or a similar HR function.
Basic knowledge of CPD frameworks and continuous learning principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with LMS tools.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Certification (Preferred) :
Relevant CPD, HR, or L&D certifications (e.g., CIPD Level 3, SHRM Essentials, ATD Fundamentals) will be an advantage.
