Install and support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems. Install and maintain network hardware and software. Analyze and isolate network and user issues. Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users. Evaluate and modify system's performance. Install and deploy Microsoft Windows Desktop infrastructure. Install and deploy Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure. Provide application and desktop computer technical support to users and customers. Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates, and patches. Handle basic office administration. Undertake any other duties that might be requested from time to time. Job Specification
