Primary Responsibilities :

Supplier Liaison : Spearhead tendering processes, negotiate contracts, and establish strategic relationships with suppliers.

Cost Analysis & Quotation : Assess supplier quotes, create comprehensive cost breakdowns, and develop client-facing quotations that align with company metrics.

Order Management : Oversee the complete purchase order lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and timely processing.

Order Tracking & Resolution : Proactively monitor and track order statuses, promptly addressing any discrepancies or issues.

Database Management : Ensure the accuracy and currency of the supplier database, inputting new data as necessary.

Operational Leadership : Take full ownership of procurement tasks, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain regular communication with the General Manager.

Job Specification

Desired Skills & Competencies :

1-2 years of professional experience in procurement or a related field.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Strong critical thinking and analytical prowess.

Demonstrable leadership capabilities, underscored by a proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership.

Ability to multitask effectively and handle challenging situations with poise.
