Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, attract, and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Administer pre-employment assessments as needed and evaluate results.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain clear communication.
- Manage job postings on multiple platforms and track applications.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate candidate records.
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best recruitment practices.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Assist in offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.

Shift Time : 10 AM to 7 PM
