Responsibilities

• Enhance VIP user satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty. Exhibit strong execution skills to achieve measurable targets in user activity, retention, and revenue growth.
• Extract key insights from data to identify and address user recharge obstacles, adjusting tactics swiftly.
• Organize a minimum of three innovative and engaging online events each quarter aimed at increasing VIP participation.
• User Needs & Service Management : Provide effective customer service solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty among VIP users.
