Role Overview As a Project Associate, you will play a key role in driving our innovative projects to successful completion. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, using your project management skills to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our cutting-edge solutions. Your role is crucial in maintaining high standards, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and Manage Projects : Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements while aligning with technical and operational needs.

Collaborate with Stakeholders : Work with internal teams and external clients to define project requirements and deliverables.

Monitor Project Performance : Track milestones, schedules, and budgets while proactively managing risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

Create and Manage Documentation : Prepare and maintain documentation, including but not limited to technical proposals, implementation plans, test plans, reports, and presentations.

Enhance Processes : Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience :

Fresh graduate with 1 year of work experience in project management, preferably in technology or infrastructure sectors.

Experience working in an AI- and Software Development-centric environment would be preferred.

Skills :

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Familiarity with developing and utilizing Gantt charts, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and workflow diagrams.

Knowledge of LiDAR or digital twin technology is a plus.

Knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and iterative development processes.
