Sales Specialist

Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rawalpindi for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and driving sales efforts to achieve business goals. This includes creating and implementing sales strategies, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, providing excellent customer service, and conducting market research. In addition, the Sales Specialist will be responsible for training new sales staff and managing the sales team.

Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Sales Management experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
