Unit Head – Middle Office and Market Risk, ERM

JS Bank is seeking an experienced professional to lead the Middle Office and Market Risk function within Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). This role focuses on assessing and managing market risk exposures across bonds, equities, and FX, supporting data-driven decision-making, and ensuring compliance with risk limits and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and analyze market risk limits across multiple asset classes
• Perform risk analysis and oversight with timely escalation to senior management
• Review and manage the bank’s liquidity risk profile
• Update and maintain Value at Risk (VaR) and stress-testing frameworks
• Analyze economic, financial, and regulatory developments to identify emerging risks
• Ensure transaction-level compliance with the bank’s risk framework
