Job Description :

Aspire 92 is seeking a motivated Associate – Healthcare IT & Finance with a strong background in IT engineering or healthcare and a keen interest in finance and research. The ideal candidate will combine technical aptitude with analytical and communication skills to support projects across healthcare, finance, and technology domains.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders (both verbal and written).
  • Conduct research on healthcare and IT industry trends, financial data, and market developments.
  • Assist in analyzing and interpreting financial and operational data.
  • Support preparation of reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
  • Apply analytical skills to solve problems and provide insights.
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of research data and project outputs.
  • Work collaboratively across teams while taking ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Use technology tools and systems efficiently to streamline processes and analysis.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in IT, healthcare, accounting, or finance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT Engineering, Healthcare Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (essential).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort with technology.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a major plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work under deadlines.
