Job Description
Identify, approach, and acquire new customers within the masterbatch, plastics, and polymer industry.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand application needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
Promote masterbatch colours and filler products to meet assigned sales and revenue targets.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and service excellence.
Analyse customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to support sales strategies.
Negotiate deals, prepare quotations, and manage the complete B2B sales cycle.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve customer queries and ensure product satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer records.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in chemicals, polymers, plastics, or related industrial sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand technical product specifications and customer application needs.
