Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Female Customer Service Representative based in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi.
In this role, you will handle day‑to‑day customer inquiries while also engaging in sales‑related activities such as cold calling, lead follow‑ups, and client coordination for our UK‑based clients. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction, assisting with product / service‑related queries, and identifying opportunities to build and strengthen client relationships.
Package PKR 50,000 – 100,000 (depending on experience)
Timings Day Shift : 12PM – 09PM (Monday to Friday) Night Shift : 06PM – 02AM (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
Conduct cold calls to potential leads and present company services to generate interest.
Follow up on leads and maintain communication with prospective and existing clients.
Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience.
Record and report recurring customer issues and feedback to improve overall service quality.
Collaborate with internal teams to align support and sales efforts.
Achieve daily / weekly call and performance targets as defined by management.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Cold Calling, or Customer Support.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Confident in engaging clients over the phone and presenting services persuasively.
Good understanding of Customer Experience Management and client relationship building.
Problem‑solving abilities and adaptability to handle customer concerns effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM tools is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented and target‑driven environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Prior experience in customer‑facing or sales roles will be an advantage.
