Job Purpose We seek a dynamic Project Trainee to support our Projects in Marketing Team. This unique role offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment while contributing to high‑impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end‑to‑end project management for brand launches.

Analyze data to derive insights that inform brand decisions, market opportunities, and gaps.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Manage on‑ground activations, from agency coordination to ensuring optimal results on the ground.

Support the Brand Ambassador Program and manage day‑to‑day operational tasks.

Skills & Competencies

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

0 - 1 year of experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinker with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to brand strategy.

Detail‑oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with marketing tools and platforms.
