Requirements
Experience in solution design, technical pre-sales or customer implementation roles
Hands‑on experience implementing and deploying software products for enterprise customers
2‑4 years of hands‑on coding experience in modern programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Go, Java, etc.)
Deep understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, and SDK implementation
Experience with CI / CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
Understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and scalability patterns
SQL / NoSQL databases, query optimization, and data modeling
Proficiency with Git workflows and collaborative development practices
Responsibilities
Debug complex technical issues across our entire product stack using logs, metrics, and code analysis
Write and execute diagnostic scripts to identify root causes of customer issues
Collaborate directly with engineering teams to reproduce, isolate, and resolve technical problems
Perform code reviews of customer implementations and provide optimization recommendations
Guide customers through complex API integrations and SDK implementations
Troubleshoot customer code and provide working code samples and solutions
Design and document technical solutions for enterprise‑level integrations
Conduct technical deep‑dive sessions with customer engineering teams
Contribute to product roadmap discussions based on customer technical feedback
Assist in release testing and validation of new features
Help maintain and improve internal tools and automation scripts
Create technical runbooks and engineering documentation
Provide architectural guidance for large‑scale customer implementations
Support customers during critical production incidents and deployments
Analyze performance issues and provide optimization strategies Assist with data migration and system integration projects
