Assistant Manager Quality Systems / HSE

Responsibilities

Administers Quality management and assurance systems to ensure compliance with specifications, facility regulations, legislation and corporate policies as per ISO 9001. Streamlines and enhances the testing lifecycles to ensure that testing, planning, execution and reporting is effective, standardized, coordinated and integrated. Assesses, designs, implements and manages quality systems that aim to meet quality system standards and make the implementation more effective towards Total Quality Management. Arranges Surveillance Audits and liaises internally with all departments to ensure that ISO 9001 Quality Management System is fully understood and properly implemented. Manages and supervises in-house environment laboratory, conducts testing / monitoring through in-house and external laboratories for EPA compliance as per ISO 14000 : 2004 and 18001 : 2007. Defines and specifies the implementation of standards, methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision, accuracy and reliability of company products. Manages product licensing of all products with Pakistan Standard and Quality Control Authority. Job Specification

An ideal Candidate would possess : Minimum graduation degree, Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and HSE, Work experience as a lead auditor, 3 years working experience with ISO 9001 : 2008 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS) & 18001 (OSHA) certified companies, Computer literacy, Age around 35 years.
