Assistant Manager(QC / QA)

Expert in ISO / 2008 implementation and execution. Expert in QMS implementation. Familiar with Quality Standards. Implement QA in accordance with audits of products and processes. Supervise all safety regulations, ensure the use of safety equipment, encourage staff to practice safe working regulations, and address difficulties promptly to inform observers. Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 9001, API Q1 / Spec.7, and other customer requirements. Provide training to all QA personnel to perform their tasks effectively; manage the QA department's budget and administrative functions to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and integrated operations. Establish general QA specifications and standards for materials, processes, and finished products. Evaluate products and process deficiencies, suggest solutions, and implement necessary changes in processes, products, or QA standards. Develop QA plans and control procedures to ensure process quality, work-in-progress, and finished goods meet standards including HS&E requirements. Conduct analysis of environmental samples, especially water and wastewater, applying laboratory quality assurance and safety practices, utilizing laboratory information management systems, sampling techniques, and statistical analysis methods. Stay updated on relevant regulations and manage data processing techniques. Job Specification

Perform standard QA / QC evaluation procedures, analyze data statistically, interpret results, and recommend actions to management. Develop, improve, and customize products, equipment, formulas, processes, and analytical methods. Compile and analyze test data to assess process efficiency and diagnose malfunctions. Collaborate with scientists and engineers on research analysis, test interpretation, and development of nonstandard tests. Guide personnel in testing procedures for analyzing material properties. Modify substance compositions through heat, light, energy, and catalysts for analysis. Write technical papers, reports, and develop standards and specifications for processes, facilities, and products. Study processing, preservation, and packaging effects on material properties. Required Skills : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in QA / QC or related field. Ability to prepare laboratory and demonstration materials. Ability to prioritize independently. Teamwork skills. Computer literacy. Effective communication skills. Broad subject knowledge. Flexible schedule adaptability. Ability to adapt to change.
