NIT is seeking a dynamic and creative Manager - Marketing & Branding to lead the university's brand development, marketing strategy, and creative communication initiatives. The role requires strategic thinking, storytelling ability, and leadership to strengthen NIT's image as Pakistan's first American university powered by Arizona State University (ASU).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing and brand strategy that positions NIT as a leading institution nationally and internationally.
- Oversee all brand communication, advertising, and creative direction across print, digital, and outdoor media.
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external channels, including social media, publications, and events.
- Lead the conceptualization and design of marketing campaigns, brochures, videos, and creative content in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
- Manage the Institute's media relations, and public.
- Supervise and mentor creative, design, and communications staff, fostering innovation and high standards of execution.
- Collaborate with Admissions, Academics, and Student Affairs to ensure brand alignment across all marketing and outreach efforts.
- Monitor brand performance, audience perception, and marketing ROI through research and analytics reports.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Management from an HEC-recognized university.6-8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, and communications.Demonstrated ability to develop and manage large-scale marketing and creative campaigns.Excellent communication, visual storytelling, and leadership skills.Strong command over creative software tools, agency coordination, and brand guideline management.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and lead high-impact initiatives.#J-18808-Ljbffr
