Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day retail operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and conduct stock audits
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer queries and complaints
- Train and supervise retail staff to achieve sales targets
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional events
