- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the accounting sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

The Role
You’ll own end-to-end B2B sales across platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn / Sales Navigator, and outbound (email / DM / calls). From prospecting to proposal to close, you’ll build a healthy pipeline and land high-value, high-margin deals.
What You’ll Do
Hunt and close international B2B clients via Upwork, LinkedIn, outbound email, and callsQualify prospects (budget, timeline, scope), run discovery calls, and craft winning proposalsRespond rapidly to Upwork jobs / RFPs; maintain high response rates & profile strengthNegotiate pricing & terms, close deals, and hand off cleanly to delivery teamsMaintain a CRM (HubSpot / Pipedrive or similar), forecast weekly, and report pipeline KPIsCreate / reuse sales assets : case studies, pitch decks, offer templatesCollaborate with tech / marketing leads to scope eCommerce (Shopify / Woo / Headless), Web Dev, SEO / PPC / SMM, and AI / automation projectsWhat You’ll Bring
