As the Manager – Retail Sales, you will be responsible for managing retail sales operations, achieving assigned sales targets, and ensuring a strong market presence across the region. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with dealers, distributors, and key business partners, conducting regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility, and analyzing sales data for strategic decision‑making. You will monitor competitor activities, explore new business opportunities, and lead field sales teams to drive performance and results.
