Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for all activities of the department from initial operation to finished products.
• Control workflow across all departments.
• Maintain quality standards.
• Perform any assignments given by management.
• Prepare capability assessment plans for production.
• Conduct trials of new materials and provide recommendations.
• Engage in Research & Development.
• Test raw materials.
• Conduct short-term and long-term ink testing.
• Perform chemical tests of inks.
• Manage ink quality control.
• Manage the R&D library.
• Monitor environmental parameters.
• Review health & safety data sheets for raw materials.
