Plant Manager (pharmaceuticals)

Follow macro plan bifurcate in accordance with co-priorities and constitute a micro plan. Record the interim changes, if occurs. Troubleshoot / fix the resources shortage. Keep a close liaison with quality management systems. Keep appropriate inventories back to support production operations and maintain supply chain. Add value by using benchmarking strategies in overall operations. Follow and implement all regulatory requirements as and when required basis. Gather respective customer feedback and respond to customer complaints proactively. Maintain validation and its records for newly introduced products, run trial batch, collect and keep records of QC analysis. Arrange some 2nd / 3rd party product analysis. Coordinate with Quality Control and Quality Assurance for maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction. Keep update all documents, files, maps, records, policies, and procedures for smooth operations. Ensure safety, health and environment at plant. Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
