We’re Hiring | Head of Quality (QA / QC) – API Plant, Lahore

We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Quality to lead both Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions at an upcoming API manufacturing facility in Lahore.

This is a leadership role with a critical mandate : ensuring compliance, reliability, and integrity across all quality processes from raw material to final product.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and implementation of QMS in line with GMP, DRAP, and international standards
• Manage QA and QC teams, overseeing lab operations, documentation, and in-process controls
• Ensure readiness for regulatory inspections and compliance audits
• Set up and validate analytical labs (HPLC, GC, FTIR, etc.)
• Handle deviations, CAPAs, OOS, and drive continuous quality improvement
• Collaborate with production and R&D to ensure quality by design
