Responsible for the effective administration of operational activities at the hotel and ensuring high level quality being served to the customers. Responsible for maintaining sales and financial records. He / She would have to hire, train, guide and manage the hotel staff. Manage customer relationship by attending and answering the queries of customers. Ensure that the customers are getting every service timely and efficiently they paid for. Keep in check the hotel supplies and maintain ample inventory level. Ensure that the daily operations at hotel are meeting the set standards. Promote the brand message to the customers through traditional and specifically through social media platforms in unique ways. Drive and coordinate all marketing activities to achieve the desired sales target. Achieve increasing revenues through well-structured marketing campaigns and controlling expenses. Developing strong relationship with the other organizations and stakeholders. Develop public relations and strong relations with community by participating in local events.
