Position Overview

Gerry's FedEx is urgently looking for visa application center (VAC) Managers for its visa department in the Islamabad office.

Responsibilities

Overall responsibility of the VAC and VAC affairs.
Co‑ordination with all departments of VAC.
To deal and respond to applicant queries or complaints.
Ensuring compliance to prescribed systems as per SLAs.

Requirements & Skills

Master’s degree and 5‑6 years of experience with well‑reputed organisations.

Must be motivated, quick learner, and good team player.

Preference will be given to Islamabad residents.

Excellent communication and MS Office skills.

Past experience of team management.

Must be able to ensure timely reporting and updating to the line manager.
