Senior Manager, People Operations Hybrid - Islamabad

As the Senior Manager of People Operations, you will strategically guide Motive's evolution as a high-performing global organization. You will lead and optimize all core HR operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a positive employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive innovation in HR technology and processes to support our continued expansion. You will also champion a collaborative and high-performing environment by leading and mentoring a dedicated team.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead & Strategize : Oversee all core People Operations functions, ensuring alignment with Motive’s business strategy, compliance standards, and company values.
• Drive Operational Excellence : Design and implement scalable processes, policies, and systems that support efficiency, consistency, and a best‑in‑class employee experience.
• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a growing People Operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Optimize Systems : Partner with IT, Finance, and other cross‑functional teams to enhance system integrations, automation, and data accuracy across HR platforms.
• Service Model Innovation : Build and refine the HR service delivery model to improve accessibility, responsiveness, and employee satisfaction.
• Knowledge Management : Oversee the creation and maintenance of an intuitive HR knowledge base; explore AI‑powered tools to enhance content delivery and employee self‑service.
