As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious and highly articulate Sales Development Representative to join our offshore team. This role is crucial for our growth strategy, as you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and qualifying potential leads, primarily through targeted cold outreach and social selling, ultimately scheduling discovery meetings for our consulting team.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation and Outreach
Execute Cold Outreach Campaigns :
Design, manage, and execute high-volume, personalized cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting ideal customer profiles (ICPs) in (Specify Target Regions / Industries, e.g., North America and Western Europe).
Social Selling :
Proactively profile and engage prospects on social media, particularly
LinkedIn , by contributing value, interacting with their content, and initiating professional conversations.
Cold Calling (as needed) :
Conduct professional and persuasive cold calls to warm / cold prospects to qualify their needs and secure initial meetings.
Maintain Follow-up Cadence :
Implement and meticulously manage a multi-channel follow-up sequence to nurture leads and maximize conversion rates.

Exceptional Communication :
Utilize
flawless written, spoken, and listening English
to ensure professional, clear, and nuanced communication that reflects the high standards of a boutique consultancy.
Prospect Profiling :
Research and meticulously qualify potential clients using tools and databases, focusing on company size, industry, pain points, and decision-maker roles.
Needs Assessment :
Conduct high-level conversations to understand the prospect's business objectives and qualify the potential fit for our consulting services.
Reporting and Collaboration
CRM Management :
Accurately track all sales activities, prospect information, and outreach results in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Pipeline Contribution :
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings booked and contribution to the sales pipeline.
Team Collaboration :
Work closely with the consulting and sales teams to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), outreach messaging, and improve lead conversion strategies.
Essential Requirements
Experience :
1–2 years of hands-on experience
in a sales, sales development, or business development role, with a focus on cold outbound activities.
Outreach Expertise :
Proven track record of successfully running and optimizing
cold outreach on LinkedIn and email .
Communication Mastery :
Native or near-native level of English proficiency (written, verbal, and listening)
is non-negotiable, given our international client base.
Technical Familiarity :
Familiarity with modern sales tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, CRM software, email sequencing tools).
Process Driven :
A strong understanding of the entire prospecting lifecycle, from lead identification and profiling to engagement and meeting booking.
Resilience and Drive :
Highly self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable operating in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling services or solutions, particularly in the B2B or professional services space.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Familiarity with the consulting industry and terminology.
