About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive deal conversion and revenue growth for a scaling B2B company.

You’ll work directly with the client team, owning the complete sales process from qualified lead through contract signature.

Key responsibilities :

Conduct discovery calls, deliver product demonstrations, create tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts with decision‑makers.

Leverage comprehensive lead intelligence, proven sales frameworks, and clear revenue targets.

Maintain a 20%+ conversion rate on qualified opportunities and consistently meet monthly revenue targets.

The role requires working with established business owners who have genuine buying authority and budget.

You’ll be part of an integrated revenue team with direct access to senior leadership and clear progression opportunities within the organisation.

Qualifications

Excellent spoken and written English.

3+ years experience in B2B sales closing or account executive roles.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.

Comfortable conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations with senior decision‑makers.

Strong negotiation, proposal creation, and deal‑closing skills.

Required Essentials Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment; a good quality microphone or headset.
