- Bachelor degree in Electronics and Telecommunication
- Extensive quality management experiences in Telecom industry, with minimum of 2-year quality management experience would be desirable
- Excellent project quality management methods and control skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in English and Computer
