We supply interpreting and translation services locally and nationwide, covering 200 core languages and dialects throughout the UK. To date, our 20,000+ strong workforce of face-to-face interpreters speaks over 435 languages and dialects, including rare and exotic languages. Our 1,000+ translators are all UK-based and cover over 200 languages that can be translated to and from English. Equality & Diversity Responsibilities : Develop, implement, and maintain a quality management system across the business for ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, and 45001. Ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards, regulations, and legislation. Conduct internal audits and maintain an audit schedule to ensure compliance. Identify areas of risk and develop internal controls to mitigate against them. Collaborate with senior management to develop and maintain processes to ensure quality standards are met. Train and educate staff on ISO 9001 and the quality management system to increase awareness and promote a culture of quality across the business. Analyze and report on quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements. Job Specification

Qualification & Skills : You will have at least 3 years’ experience in ISO Standards and Compliance at a management level. UKAS accredited Certification Body Management is desirable. Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline. APM PFQ, PMQ, or PRINCE2 related qualification is a plus. Results-oriented, with a willingness to commit to a direction and drive operations to completion. Experience managing or supporting the implementation of ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, and 45001 is desirable. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Ability to produce written reports to a high standard. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Team player who demonstrates a high level of integrity.
