Conversational Automation Specialist
to lead the design, optimization, and maintenance of our chatbot and conversational AI systems. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer engagement, boosting lead conversions, and streamlining support workflows through smart automation. Key Responsibilities
1. Bot Training & Conversation Optimization
Design and optimize end-to-end conversation flows to enhance sales and customer service outcomes. Train bots to effectively capture leads, qualify prospects, and resolve FAQs with high accuracy. Implement fallback strategies and clear escalation paths for handling complex or unresolved queries. 2. Prompt Engineering & Response Design
Craft compelling prompts that drive conversions and deliver professional, brand-aligned responses. Continuously refine prompts based on customer behavior and interaction data. 3. Performance Analysis
Monitor and analyze chatbot performance metrics to identify drop-offs, misclassifications, and engagement issues. Iterate on conversation designs to improve lead conversion rates and customer satisfaction scores. Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure conversational flows reflect current campaigns, offers, and policies. Keep scripts updated with product changes, promotions, and service updates. 5. Platform Integration & Documentation
Build and manage complex workflows involving webhooks, APIs, and CRM integrations. Maintain clear documentation of bot architecture, flows, and system integrations for cross-functional use. Qualifications & Skills
2–4 years of experience in conversational design, chatbot management, or related automation roles. Hands-on experience with conversational platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Intercom, Ada, Kore.ai, Tars, etc.). Strong understanding of prompt engineering and user behavior optimization. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to assess bot performance. Familiarity with CRM systems and integration best practices (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams. Preferred
Experience with AI / NLP-based platforms and generative AI tools. Understanding of sales and customer support processes. What We Offer
