Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a
Customer Sales Representative
located in Pakistan. The representative will engage with prospective and existing customers, building relationships to understand their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Manage inbound and outbound sales calls.
Answer customer inquiries and effectively promote services.
Close sales and contribute to sales strategies that drive growth.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills for engaging with customers effectively.
Experience in customer service and relationship management to ensure a positive customer experience.
Competency in sales techniques and closing deals, including upselling and cross‑selling services.
Organizational and problem‑solving skills to manage inquiries and maintain detailed customer records.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications is advantageous.
Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
